Farm Las Flores, founded in 1990 by Edilberto Vergara and Nubia Ayure in Cundinamarca, started with just 2 hectares of coffee cultivation, eventually expanding to 16 hectares by 1998. Their children, particularly Johan, pursued deeper knowledge in coffee cultivation and specialty coffees, leading to the farm's cultivation of various coffee varieties like Java, Pink Bourbon, and Castillo.

The farm, now managed by Carlos, Johan, and Diego, focuses on quality and innovative processes such as natural, honey, and washed methods. In 2019, Johan won the Master of Coffee contest, boosting their motivation and credibility. Their mission is to practice sustainable agriculture and share knowledge, aiming to position themselves as a forward-looking, market-conquering company in the coffee industry.
